Relationship Manager
Permanent Contract - b
asic salary £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience, OTE of £28,000 to £30,000
Based at The EBP's Melton Mowbray or Northampton office

At The EBP we are passionate about putting our young people at the heart of all we do, helping them to build skills for work and life. Due to organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our newly formed Sales Team.

As the Relationship Manager you will be an inspirational leader who is driven and has the ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. The post holder will manage the full sales process of EBP products from lead to contract start, this includes effectively monitoring team progress and performance. Candidates should have experience in managing teams, B2B sales i.e. selling bespoke services to professional institutions excellent negotiation skills and the drive to exceed targets with a fast-paced sales environment.

A driving licence and use of a car for business is essential for this role. Travel will be expected across Lincolnshire, Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Charity Fundraising Manager
22.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, £35,000 - £40,000 FTE (a degree of flexibility will be required as occasional weekend and evening work may be required)

one me is a charitable organisation that supports young people through awarding small amounts of funding. It is our belief that, by providing financial support in the form of grants, young people will be able to take advantage of opportunities to grow, learn, fulfil their potential and become valuable members of society.

Are you looking for a new challenge within the charitable sector where you can make a difference to the lives of young people?

As one me’s Charity Fundraising Manager you will manage all aspects of the charity, including administration, profile raising and press liaison. The successful candidate will primarily fundraise to strengthen the financial stability of the charity to ensure that it can continue its work of awarding grants to young people in hardship.

Our ideal candidate will have several years’ proven experience as a fundraiser, an excellent understanding of the mechanics of PR/communications, be confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills and some experience of public speaking.
