Relationship Manager (Permanent Contract) x 2 posts 
Basic salary £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience, OTE of £28,000 to £30,000
Based at The EBP's Lincoln or Melton Mowbray/Northampton offices 

At The EBP we are passionate about putting our young people at the heart of all we do, helping them to build skills for work and life. Due to organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for two experienced relationship managers to join our newly formed Sales Team.

As the Relationship Manager you will be an inspirational leader who is driven and has the ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. The post holder will manage the full sales process of EBP products from lead to contract start, this includes effectively monitoring team progress and performance. Candidates should have experience in managing teams, B2B sales i.e. selling bespoke services to professional institutions excellent negotiation skills and the drive to exceed targets with a fast-paced sales environment.

A driving licence and use of a car for business is essential for this role. Travel will be expected across Lincolnshire, Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Outreach Officer (Permanent Contract) x 4 posts  
Basic salary £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience, OTE of £21,000 to £23,000

As the Outreach Officer you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and other key stakeholders which includes delivering high quality presentations to different audiences. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, have the ability to inspire and motivate young people and have strong interpersonal skills.

A driving licence and use of a car for business is essential for this role. Travel will be expected across Lincolnshire, Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

CRMS Administrator 
Permanent Contract - Competitive Salary 
Based at The EBP's Lincoln office

Do you have an eye for detail and have the ability to analyse data? The EBP is currently recruiting for a talented CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Software) Administrator to work within our fast-paced Contracts Team.

As the CRMS Administrator you will be the first point of call for any queries and be primarily responsible for The EBP’s CRMS system including the day to day management of data for all EBP contracts. In this role you will also be required to analyse data trends and research new ways to interrogate the data and report these to managers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Salesforce, be a logical thinker and a natural problem solver with the ability to train new and existing staff, as well as assisting with technical solutions.

The essential requirements for this role include excellent Excel skills, a HNC in computer science or equivalent and proven experience in database management.

Contracts Administrator
1 Year Fixed Term Contract - Competitive Salary
Based at The EBP’s Lincoln office

Do you have the ability to provide administrative support to large scale contracts within a multi-million-pound business? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our successful contracts team.

As the contracts administrator you will provide effective and efficient administrative support ensuring all tasks are carried out on time and to a high standard. You will be responsible for the preparation and checking of contracts, letters and documentation and assisting with procurement, financial data and budgets.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking contract monitoring or quality assurance and administering financial management or budget tracking systems.

The essential requirements for this role include excellent IT skills, organisational skills and attention to detail. ATT qualification is desirable.
