Developed to support young people aged 15-25, Communitree helps to bring young people and employers together through a central hub in order to improve skills and raise awareness of the opportunities available for development and employment, as well as promoting real employment opportunities for young people.
For young people...
Communitree provides a range of individual support services that can be used and tailored to meet the individual requirements of a young person.
Our Career Preparation service provides young people with a tailored programme of individual coaching and support focussing upon self-awareness, image, first impressions and confidence whilst providing experience of the workplace through tailored placements.
From our established network of over 15,000 employers, our work experience service can also assist young people with tailored work placements within the industry sector of their choice.
Ranging from full and part time employment, apprenticeships, internship opportunities and voluntary placements, our service also provides details of employer vacancies and development opportunities for young people.
From tailored preparation for employment programmes and work experience management, through to our on-line vacancy service, Communitree provides access to an array of components directing young people to gainful employment or work based learning opportunities.
Communitree provides a perfect platform from which to engage with young people and to promote an organisation and its opportunities directly to this target market.
The EBP currently engages with over 8,000 young people aged 16 – 25 each year through its schools employability programmes and National Citizen Service, delivered across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. All of our service users are informed of Communitree as an aid to their future career development, making it the perfect place for any business to engage with young people.

Mini Exec Club
The flagship programme for our Communitree brand, the Mini Exec Club was set up in November 2015. Based on and supported by the Lincolnshire Executive Club, a bi-monthly networking dinner organised by Streets Chartered Accountants and Langleys Solicitors LLP, the scheme pairs young, aspiring professionals with mentors from the Lincolnshire business community, allowing the worlds of business and education to interact in a focused and meaningful way.
During the programme Mini Execs have had rare insights into the world of work at top levels, staying in touch with their mentors with regular emails, phone calls and workplace visits; also receiving support with work experience placements, job and university applications.
The first 19 mini execs graduated in September 2016 and 2017's programme will launch in September this year.
If you are a young person or business interested in becoming part of Mini Exec Club, please contact Trudy Roberts by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01522 574160.
